As a family-owned restaurant from Jalisco, Mexico, we’re proud to bring the warmth and authenticity of our home to the Bartram Park community and beyond.
From Our Family Kitchen to Yours
Our family’s journey began in 1999, when we opened our very first restaurant in Tennessee with one goal: to share fresh Mexican food made from recipes passed down through generations. Every dish reflected our roots in Jalisco, full of bold spices, homemade flavor, and the love that defines true Mexican cooking.
In 2005, we brought that same spirit to Florida, opening our first location and quickly falling in love with the vibrant community here. It didn’t take long for us to realize that Jacksonville was the perfect place to grow, connect, and share our traditions. Over the years, our family’s restaurants have become known for serving some of the best Jacksonville Mexican food, where authenticity meets freshness in every meal.

Fast forward to 2025, and we’ve launched a brand-new concept: Raíces Fast Casual Mexican, a fast casual Mexican restaurant in Bartram Park. More than just a restaurant, Raíces represents the next generation of our family’s story, a modern take on tradition, blending the old with the new while staying true to the flavors that started it all.
As a fast casual Mexican restaurant in Jacksonville, Raíces offers a fresh, elevated fast-casual dining experience where guests can enjoy the same authenticity and quality our family is known for, but with the speed and convenience modern diners love. From handcrafted tacos to fresh salsas, every dish reflects the same care and craftsmanship that’s been part of our family’s legacy for over two decades.
